Staying healthy includes physically, mentally and socially. Each of them are dependent on each other. That is who is physically ill could also be mentally ill and vice versa. Staying physically healthy means not only staying without or out of injury but keeping his/herself fitness to resist every kind of mental illness. Once you stay fit yourself you'll get motivated and you'll be mentally fit as well
